The international Education Fair is the greatest educational forum in Sofia uniting three parallel specialized fairs: Schools and Colleges, Universities – Candidate Students Exchange, and Education Abroad. Each of these fairs will take place from 14th to 16th of March 2008 in the National Palace of Culture, floor 5, halls 7, 8, and 9.

The Education Fair is organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Science and Education, the Municipality of Sofia, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training with the Council of Ministers, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Private Education National Association, European Sofia Foundation.

The Education Fair invites annually all state and private schools in Bulgaria, including: primary and secondary schools, specialized and vocational high schools, and local and foreign colleges and universities.

The fair provides a Student Exchange for the candidate students, and a Labour Exchange for the graduates.
The vocational training centres hold a special position. Licenced by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training with the Council of Ministers, these centres offer a variety of programmes for professional growth, qualification, and re-qualification.

All participants in the fair shall be enlisted in a catalogue which will be attached to the Education Fair website.

The fair’s programme includes various discussions, seminars, competitions, and cultural activities.
